PPS Welcomes Jenny McGuckin as Sales Director

Published by PPS on 6th Feb 2026

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Jenny McGuckin as Sales Director, marking the start of our next phase of major growth in 2026.

Jenny will be bringing her extensive experience in B2B distribution, public sector, and complex, multi-site sales environments to the business. This ambitious hire is also the first time we’ve recruited externally at director level, as we look to double our revenues by 2030.

Jenny will support and spearhead our wider commercial aims to focus on securing new contractual business and deepening partnerships with our existing customers, as well as expanding our healthcare supplies revenues.

Jenny’s work history includes a number of senior sales positions in which she has held full P&L accountability for, in some cases, eight-figure revenues. In addition, her career shows a consistent and proven track record for driving above-target growth - winning large, multi-million-pound tenders, as well as leading and scaling national sales teams.

This industry experience aligns with our main sectors and operational model, particularly in relation to B2B, logistics-led services and service-critical supply. What’s more, following a very strong 2025, which included a 50% expansion to our York warehouse, as well as a string of new hires to strengthen key aspects of our workforce, Jenny’s appointment also signals the beginning of our strategic development plans for this year.

Jenny offered these comments about joining PPS:

“I’m delighted to have become a part of the PPS team and I’m very pleased to have already hit the ground running in terms of driving the company forward towards its new and exciting growth and revenue targets.

“PPS is a business that’s deservedly well-known for the quality of its products, and of course its supply services, and I look forward to further establishing our presence with bigger value customers.”

Speaking about Jenny’s appointment and our future plans, our Managing Director, Joseph Fitzpatrick, said:

“I’ve known of Jenny for some time and always felt her experience, energy and way of working would be a great fit for PPS, so I’m delighted we’ve been able to bring her into the business.

“She joins us at a pivotal point in our growth as we look to double revenue over the next five years following recent high six-figure contract wins and investment in a new warehouse.

“Jenny brings deep experience working with large, contractual customers — an area we’re now actively developing — and I’m excited about the opportunity to combine that with PPS’s reputation for highly personal service delivered at scale.”

In line with our ambitions, we are also planning further hires across the business in 2026, plus, our new warehouse is set to officially open and be operational in the coming months.
