Returns Policy


If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team on 01904 787834 between 9am-5pm Monday- Thursday and 9am-4:30pm on Friday. Please have your order number and delivery postcode to hand.  

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to request a return using the below process.  



We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return an item you can submit a return request on our website, by phone, or by email. Please state the reason for your return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. 

Return requests must be raised within 30 days from delivery. For instances of short delivery and damages, please notify us within 48 hours after the date of delivery. 

You can return goods to us and cover the shipping cost, or we can collect them free of charge. Please note returns may be delayed if collection is requested, as these will be scheduled with your next delivery.  

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and must be sealed and unused. If the goods you are returning have an expiry date, then they must not exceed this. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days once the goods have been received to PPS.   

If you have requested a replacement, we will be in touch regarding shipping.
